2006…2016…2026! The MG Club de France is delighted to host the European Event of the Year in France for the third time!

We have chosen the town of Brive-la-Gaillarde as the meeting place for all friends of European clubs affiliated with the MG Car Club. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the Périgord region, which offers many remarkable sites and roads suited to our MGs. We are both proud and delighted to offer you this event, made possible through the commitment of the volunteers of the MG Club de France.

Event Schedule

❖ Four days of activities are planned for you, from Thursday, May 21st in the early afternoon to Sunday, May 24th after the closing lunch.

➢ Eight scenic rallies — including two specifically designed for pre-war MGs and T-series — will take you on a journey through the region’s rich historical heritage, stunning natural landscapes, and delicious gastronomy. Lascaux, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, Eyrignac, Uzerche, les Pans de Travassac, Turenne… so many magnificent places to discover and explore.

➢ Activities: guided or self-guided tours, parades, and mini-rally around Brive...

❖ We are expecting at least 251 MGs from all eras, coming from all over Europe and beyond! The quota has been reached. Registration is now closed.

❖Accommodation will be left to the participants’ choice, in hotels in Brive, B&Bs, gîtes or campsites.

From Thursday, May 21st (early afternoon) to Sunday, May 24th (early afternoon, after the farewell lunch)

❖ Access

Brive-la-Gaillarde is located in the Corrèze department, close to several major cities: Limoges (1h), Périgueux (1h), Clermont-Ferrand (2h), Toulouse and Bordeaux (2h30). Easy access via: A20 (L’Occitane motorway), the North-South route connecting Paris to Toulouse A89, the East-West route linking Bordeaux to Lyon

Registration for MG Event of The Year 2026 is open to members of MG Club de France and members of European clubs affiliated to the MG Car Club. The final registration fee will be announced at the end of the year. It will be between €600 and €700 for a team of two people.
